Out Of Stock Policy

If I do not have enough stock to satisfy your order, I will refund the cost of the items I cannot send into your PayPal account, or send you a cheque back with your order for the correct amount.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to help you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit.

 

Goods should be returned to me in good condition (ie fit for resale), within 30 days of the date of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds can only be given on items received by me, therefore I suggest you use a form of recorded postage when returning items.

 

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by e-mail or telephone.

 

If your order has been dispatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense. I will refund the order or relevant part of it (not including the postage you paid), as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.

 

My return address will be emailed to you once you let me know you want to return your order.

Privacy Policy

I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

 

When you pay via PayPal, your information is protected by them and I only use your name and address to send out your order.

 

I may e-mail you in the future to let you know about updates to the site, unless you have asked me not to.

Overseas Customers

I only accept payment from outside of the UK via PayPal. I use the regular postal service to deliver orders and I do not use courier services. If you are outside of the UK, please email me BEFORE you place an order so I can advise you on the postage costs and how to pay them.
